  Instructions:
• Clear your nasal passage by blowing your nose before using the product.
• Hold the product upright and pump one or more until the solution is dispensed.
• Put the nozzle into nostril and depress the pump while breathing in through the nose.
• It is recommended to spray 2 to 4 times , minimum twice a day.
