Using instructions:

• It does not require any batteries or AC adapter.
• The warmer contains a sodium acetate solution (hot ice) that is activated once you click the metal disk.
• The activation means an exothermic reaction.
• When it is activated the solution starts to crystalize and getting white.
• To reset the warmer to its initial situation, boils water for a while and put the warmer in it for 15 min, until the white crystals fade away.
